Project Description
The Flipside is a ground floor remodel of the renovated Loveland Opera House building, formerly known as the Arcadia Hotel, originally erected in 1884. This stunning pinball arcade and full-service bar, cleverly designed with unique finishes, includes multiple seating areas, kitchen, bar, two bathrooms, and storage area. It contains about 15 pinball machines with video games and amusements such as air hockey and skee-ball. A critical element of this project was our ability and knowledge in working alongside occupied spaces, while preserving the integrity of a historic building. Beacon recognizes the challenges and knows how to coordinate work around other schedules, taking into consideration noise levels, safety, material deliveries, and cleanliness.
