Project Description
This new construction project at the Greeley Airport features a purpose-built aviation facility designed to support aircraft operations along with office, residential, and meeting space. The approximately 16,900-square-foot facility includes a large airport hangar with a 100-foot-wide operational aircraft door, providing exceptional access for aircraft and aviation operations.
The 14,500-square-foot first floor includes a spacious aircraft hangar and indoor parking area designed to accommodate aviation and vehicle needs. A 2,400-square-foot mezzanine overlooks the hangar and contains an apartment and conference area, providing comfortable residential accommodations and dedicated meeting space within the facility.
The project combines specialized aviation functionality with versatile support spaces, creating a unique and highly functional facility tailored to the needs of an active airport environment. Beacon Construction delivered a durable, efficient, and thoughtfully designed facility that brings together aviation, residential, meeting, and parking uses under one roof.
