This remodel project, located at 107 N. College Ave., consisted of select demolition of an existing business/retail space within a historical building and new construction of a 1,900 SF office for the Bank of Colorado. This banking facility includes an addition of a restroom and breakroom, 3 offices, work room, open workspaces, storage, and secured back-of-house space for two employees. Beacon effectively completed this highly visible project in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins, successfully preserved the historical building, and finished on schedule and under budget.
