Description: The Columbine Residences project is an 8.2 acre development of a major subdivision. It includes new construction of an amenities building and 17 single-story slab-on-grade Duplex buildings, consisting of 34 single-family residential units. Each energy efficient unit has two bedrooms, high end finishes, a gas fireplace, walk-in-closets, vaulted ceilings, and attached heated garages.
