Harbor Dental is a 2,848 SF dental clinic office that includes 9 treatment rooms, x-ray room, sterilization room, lab, staff breakroom, administration/ doctor’s office, and a welcoming reception area. Every patient chair location had built-in suction and water piping as well. This tenant finish project is located on the first floor of a newly built core and shell office building. Even with multiple design and owner changes throughout construction, Beacon finished strong with a successful project the owner was proud of.
