New construction of a 15,515 SF core and shell warehouse/flex space building. Beacon Construction also completed the tenant improvement of the office spaces, food preparation area, 2nd floor mezzanine, storage areas, and warehouse. The pandemic affected the construction industry drastically: lead times, pricing, and industry manpower were huge factors working against the completion of the project. Beacon remained steadfast and was dedicated to strong communication, innovative ideas, cost-saving alternatives, and customized project recommendations wherever possible to complete the project without compromising the owner’s vision and design.
