Description: Tim Owens, DDS is a 6,200 SF dental office remodel consisting of interior and exterior renovations. With new engineered roof trusses, Beacon Construction successfully raised the existing building’s roof line 3 feet, giving the new space an open-air feeling that complemented its impeccable design. The facility includes a beautiful waiting area, 6 treatment rooms, lab, sterilization area, administration offices, staff break room, imaging room, and two restrooms.
