Project Description
New ground-up construction of a two story, 6,700 S.F, core and shell office building. Beacon simultaneously competed an office tenant improvement project on the entire 2nd floor for Renaissance Insurance. The Renaissance Insurance Office included unique architectural details, modern open office modular workstations, high-end offices and boardroom meeting spaces, and breakroom area with spectacular views of the Front Range.
