Project Description
New Mercer Commons II is a two story, forty unit, assisted living facility that provides assisted living, Alzheimer’s and related dementia assisted living, and short-term respite programs. This project includes multiple dining rooms, fully operational commercial kitchen, nurse stations, offices, and two elevators. Beacon was very involved with Pre-construction services and value engineering concepts throughout the project that ultimately saved the owner money, coming in under budget, without compromising their vision and design. Before new construction began, Beacon facilitated asbestos abatement and successfully deconstructed an existing Columbine office building to make room for the New Mercer Commons II Addition.
