Description: New ground-up construction of a two story, 6,700 S.F, core and shell office building. Beacon simultaneously competed an office tenant improvement project on the entire 2^nd floor for Renaissance Insurance. The Renaissance Insurance Office included unique architectural details, modern open office modular workstations, high-end offices and boardroom meeting spaces, and breakroom area with spectacular views of the Front Range.
