This ground-up Gas Station for Schrader Oil Company consisted 4,990 SF pre-engineered metal building and 8 fuel pump stations with a structural steel fueling canopy. The project included a 1.6-acre site development including underground utilities, earthwork, parking lot, and site exterior improvements.
