This 5,330 SF, one story, health clinic tenant finish project includes 11 primary care exam/treatment rooms, 6 primary care team stations, radiology room, medical storage/supply room, lab, offices, staff breakroom, and a beautiful reception and waiting area. Beacon provided both preconstruction and construction services, offering budget estimating to design reviews, alternative systems approaches and more. We worked collaboratively and seamlessly with UCHealth and BSA LifeStructures delivering detailed and accurate data allowing for informed decision making, close cost control, and schedule adherence from end to end. Our efforts did not go unnoticed as Beacon finished over a month ahead of schedule and $43,000 under budget.
