The Westwood Village Patio Homes is a major subdivision, which includes new construction of 16 single-story Triplex and Duplex buildings, consisting of 34 housing units. The design of the five different models is mid-century modern. Each unit has two bedrooms, a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and attached garages.
