Built consecutively on the same lot as the Westwood Village Independent Living facility, Columbine Commons is a skilled nursing facility that includes 30 patient suites, full commercial kitchen and laundry services, admin and patient supports areas, therapy rooms, and activities spaces. The beauty is in the details featuring unique lighting, intricate wall coverings, curved drywall, built-in fish tanks, seamless patient lift systems, and more. Beacon was involved in both the project’s procurement and continuous constructability discussions throughout the project.
