Project Description
The Harmony Clubhouse is a 2-story, 24,557 SF impeccable golf clubhouse that consists of a restaurant, bar, public and private dining rooms, commercial kitchen, pro shop and retail area, locker rooms, golf cart storage, and administration offices. Beacon worked alongside the Ownership for over a year with project design and development, including interviewing and hiring the design team and facilitating the permitting process. Beacon acted as the owner’s rep, construction manager, and general contractor from inception to project completion while creating a trusted partnership for years to come.
